An order is confirmed once payment is received or, where cash on delivery is offered, once we have acknowledged it.

We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or the delivery address falls outside the areas we serve. If we do, anything already paid is refunded in full.

Prices are shown inclusive of any taxes that apply, and delivery is quoted before you pay.

If a price is listed in error we will contact you before charging you, and you may cancel without penalty.

Delivery times are estimates. We will tell you as soon as we know if an order will be late.

If something arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund it.
